Game not working currently

I haven’t been able to play the game at all on the browser or on my echo for the last day and a half or so.
On the echo, it says I need to finish my current activity, but I am not currently doing any activity.
A message comes up on the browser that says “Reprompt? THIS IS A REPROMPT TEXT.” My friend who was helping me with this said this message is in a green banner almost at the very top of the screen.
Also my friend said the trainer level, gacha coins, eggs, and amber are displayed 3 times in the browser – on the top left in the normal spot, the top and center in a different font, and the very bottom left in a third different font. There are no buttons to select on the browser currently.
I hope you will be able to assist me with this soon.

It should be fixed now. It looks like you used an Orb of Mastery on your Polarpuss and something went wrong. I'm not exactly sure what, though. Sorry about that!
