Walking in the forest
Posted by Mel on April 10, 2026Imagine if, while walking in the forest, there were buttons to choose whether to go north, south, east, or west, and you had to take your chances. Like, maybe you'd stumble upon story quests, help villagers, get NPCs, and receive rewards, or maybe you'd get lost and couldn't find a checkpoint. I'm not being serious about this, you don't have to worry about it. I was just thinking out loud.

Agreed. This is a good idea. It might be hard to put into the game, but it is a good idea for future development of this game.
I support this idea. I think it will be possible if game missions are kept simple. for example extra energy crystals, lockboxes, a story here and there, etc. Maybe a Gacha Coins cache similar to the bottled myst caches where you get a random amount of Gacha Coins in each cache. There should be clues in each story that you figure out and complete the given quest within that story.
Yes, that's exactly what I was thinking, and we should have a storyline about the Temple of Shadows, shouldn't we? It seems mysterious.
