Stuck on gray screen

Hi,
I had two pets left because I was doing a bunch of raids, and it asked if I wanted to go on a bounty hunt. But since I had two pets, I couldn’t do it, but I still said that I wanted to do it. Now I am stuck on a gray screen, no matter how long I wait and how many times I refresh the page. I even got a gacha egg from mates but am still stuck. Even after all my pets are out of the spa they do not appear to save me. Any ideas to how to get outa this gray screen?
