What happened!!!
Posted by super6027 on March 29, 2026My female weaver used to have 438 stacks of broth brain. Then when I went to the ranked arena the stack suddenly went to 1!!!

Something very similar has happened to me, both with my female Wingnut, and now my female Grotesque. I'm not happy.
What I find frustrating is no matter how much I train my pets, they keep losing health and other stats every several weeks. I can never progress with making my pets bigger and stronger. Is this by design or is the game a bit glitchy?

Consumables can no longer apply stacks based on level. When the max cooking level was 10, there weren't a lot of food options. To make up for that, some food would get stronger as your pet leveled up. I've been slowly adding in more recipes now that the max crafting level has been increased. The plan will be to have stronger consumable recipes as you level up rather than lower level recipes scaling with pet level.
@DevilishAnthony & @PetLady The stats you're losing are most likely from status effects expiring. There's not a single line of code in the game that reduces base attributes on pets. It's pretty easy to calculate what attributes your pet should have. You can look at the guide and multiply the pet level by the attributes gained per level. Add in any gifts the pet may have and what's left over is from elixirs or from sending your pets to places.
It could be from potions or equipment or something.
Dear Malero, When this was implicated my weaver still had 438 stacks. Only when my Weaver got to the ranked arena it lost all the stacks. It didn't expire. Thank for answering though
