Most of the stuff that you get in the dungeon and mines, minus the ancient caches. You also get herbs and bait.

Oh sorry, depending on what position you're in, you get eggs and amber and gacha coin and if you're high enough, like position 1, 2 or 3, I think, you also get an orb of awakening.
