How to Train Cackle?

When I train them, which attributes (strength, intelligence, speed, vitality) will do the most to enhance their skills?

vitality seems to be their primary attribute. I's potentially help them along with speed as that seems to determine who goes first in a round, but that's just a personal preference. I like going first.

does anyone know what attributes (strength, intelligence, speed, vitality) Cackle's default skills are improved by (bad joke and crack up)?
