What does veil of shadows do? Does it hide you?

Veil of shadow launches a skill called shadow petals. This makes you have a specific percent chance (depending on refining) to use the skill in the third slot. So in order to correctly use the shadow lotus you need to have a powerful glyph in the third slot of your pet.
Note: shadow petals only works if the opponent is faster than you equipped pet. Then your third slot skill would be enabled, before the opponent’s turn.
