problem with the summoning shrine

08 is happening again the device says so he I am unable to open your skill right now when I'm in the summoning shrine

try unpluging the device, and redoing it!

Were you using Spineback? There was a bug with Spineback around this time where Rampant Spines counted as Thorns damage and was creating an infinite loop. Should be fixed now.
