Premium membership
Posted by SilverTwilight on Aug. 4, 2024hi, I had purchased premium and went to use my premium tokens on summoning scrolls krampus. at the time I did have premium, but now The scrolls have disappeared and I have lost 500 premium tokens. I am struggling to find out how to purchase more premium on the browser version. Any help would be appreciated thanks

Just a follow-up to my earlier message, I have now purchased premium but wondered if I could get the tokens back that I lost because I didn’t realise premium had run out. Thanks

It looks like you have purchased 5 Sealed Summoning Scrolls, but haven't used them yet. They can be found under pouches. When you use them, they will give you a random summoning scroll. Unfortunately, there's only one boss right now.
Speaking of premium, I think I'm subscribed twice, because in the forest, you can now buy premium, and I already know I had one, and I think I was billed twice. Once on the 30th, and once on the 31st. I only want one subscription. I used to be able to buy lanterns from there, but it offers premium and something else when you're in the forest at the vendor.

You should be able to look on your Amazon account to figure out what those two payments were for. I don't believe you can subscribe more than once, and if you can, that would be on Amazon's side. Amazon handles all of the billing and as far as I know, if you try to subscribe more than once, it will just say "Good news, you're already a subscriber." and pass you back to the skill. I can't see customer info on my side of Amazon, issue refunds or anything, so you will have to go to Amazon and go to your Memberships & Subscriptions page to see what's going on there.
