Lost my account on Alexa after linking please help!

So I just got first place in the arena and I had a lot of stuff and now I lost it help!!!

This happens when you create a new account on the browser, play Gacha Pets on the new account and then link your existing Alexa account. You end up with two Gacha Pets profiles and the system doesn't know which profile to select. I'm away from home right now. I'll have to look into it when I get back. Nothing is lost, it's just that it's selecting the incorrect Gacha Pets profile.

Sorry for the delay. Can you start the game on your Alexa device and see if your account is back? Don't use the browser version or it will create another new account. After you start it on Alexa, your account should be available on the browser version too.

Very strange. Can you tell me what your current user ID is on Alexa? You can get it by saying "my trainer level"

And did you happen to deactivate the Gacha Pets skill? If you've never made an ISP purchase and deactivate the skill, Alexa will give you a new user id after enabling it again.
