Applying Lectry to Devvy
Posted by SnowyOwl on Aug. 24, 2023Hi. Do I need to get my devvy to 250 and have all its skilled maxed out before I give it the Brand of Lectry and then evolve it?

yes I believe or else the evolution will fail
