Issue with examine <pet name>
Posted by dkile on Sept. 12, 2022If I examine my pet while it's in the endless dungeon it tells me my maximum health, not my current health. Not very helpful when trying to decide if I need to use a health potion. Also it would be nice if it would report what floor of the dungeon I'm on.

Yeah, you’re right. I’ll have a fix for it up tomorrow. Thanks for letting me know.
It would also be cool, if when you inspect a pet, it would tell you its max level, that way you wouldn’t have to incubate an egg to find out the pets max level.
If possible we can learn about the skills by saying about and plus scale name

I think the thing about adding the max level thing would be cool, too, because I have a lot of pets, and I’m not even sure what their max level is, until I go into the dungeon, and play with them a lot, or unless I incubate an egg with that same pet.
Is there a command to find out a pet’s max level?

I added the awaken level, the max level and the current health of the pet your getting the details of.
I was wondering if this is normal or not, it is saying that my trash panda is awake and at level three, but it is actually at level 25, and it cannot get any more experience. But Alex is saying that trash panda is awake.
Also, not important, but consider adding a command, that will allow you to know the attributes of your opponents

@colossus I think I just need to change the way it's phrased.
Yeah, because my pets that are not awake, it is saying that it is awake, and at level three.
And with my male squint, it is saying that it is awake and at level 27, or 29 I think it said, but it’s only at level 23.
Maybe it could say pet was instead of is awakened at the level.
Well to be honest all you have to do is buy alexa show and you see all attributes.Atleast mine does

I think I’ll just remove the awakened level part of it and just state the max level. Thanks for the feedback.
@grant a lot of players are blind, so there has to be a way for them to get all the information they need.

Yeah, that would probably be a good idea, to remove the awaken level, and just have the max level.
Why do some of my pets have 2 dammage types? When I examined my male squirt, Alexa told me that he was an uncommon water/ice pet. However, when I used his focused squirt, it did water dammage.

Skills have a single damage type, pets can have multiple. A pet will do more damage with a skill if it has a matching element with it. So a water/ice pet can use both water and ice skills at their full potential. When a pet takes damage, all elements are taken into account. So if a squirt is attacked with a fire skill, it won't take any extra damage. Ice would boost the fire damage by 50% and then the water would drop it down by 50% making it even out.
I think bounties are kind of interesting because you will get to form teams based on the element of the bounty target. Everything else right now is thrown at you after you pick your pet, so there's not really any strategy or planning for it. I will do more content like this in the future as well.
