Tech problem with new brand items
Posted by Denisovich87 on Feb. 3, 2025last night at locksmith received two different brands for which I don't remember the names, and this was how I learned about the new pet "Hogger" (yet another that the Amazon smart speaker doesn't seem to comprehend when stated). These brands are now nonexistent in my brand list, and when I ask Alexa to list boss brand items she freezes up and then shuts the game off.

You just need to say "list brands". If you have more than 16 different brands you won't be told the entire list. That was my experience this morning. Right now I have 22 different brands in my list. I use the browser to play.

The browser seems to have less problems than the Alexa version.

My mistake in where I got those brands; pick them up when picking up pets from daycare.
