Problems with Auto Battle

Hi, so I've linked my account to my Amazon account and have been trying to play on my Echo pop. The issue is that when I go to the dungeon, I can't seem to enable auto battle. I don't even get the option to enable it. Does anyone know why that could be?

You have to be trainer level 5 before you can use auto battle.
