Problem with fishing

Hi. I'm having a problem with my fishing. I got a contract to catch catfish, but I don't have the specified depth. I only have access to forty depths, even though when I enter the dock, it says forty-three depths are available. Can anyone advise me on what to do in this situation? Thanks to everyone who can help.
