Question and suggestion for the bizarre

In the bizarre, it says that there’s stall one of one does that mean they’ll be more stalls in the future
And my suggestion, we should be able to go around to NPC‘s and do the same for example same MPC sells a lemon we could try to barter the price for the lemon and then buy it if we win this could help us with potions if we think that we need a certain ingredient, but we don’t wanna wait a while or is it help if we want food that we want to test out we can get it here
And one more question when will the University in Tavern come out? I’m really excited for them.

From what Malero has said, the Tavern and University are too closely entangled with update 8. I think the bazaar, void nightmare and some other changes are among things that need to be finished first. As for the bazaar, you can choose different stalls, you just have to go out and back into the bazaar each time. You can also stock up to 100 items per stall which makes the NPCs more likely to ask about those. For example, you can say stock, add also works, 10 brand of Grotesque.
if an npc wants to buy 30 units of something, but I have only 12 and I still want to sell those, can I somehow ask them to it?
I think it’s a good idea because I get some really good prices that they’re giving me that I would take if I had enough stuff
When I try to put an item in the bazaar, no matter how much I have to put in I would only put them one for example, if I have to put in 10 grapes, it would only put one And I mean to stock cause I wanna stack multiple items but I’ll only stop one at a time
You can also say Add 10 Brand of Bloodwing, for example.
