problem with the auto fishing,

When it asks you if you want to use your contracts, you can say "no" and then you will be able to select the bait for it to use. If you say "yes", it will always use the lowest rarity bait that can catch the fish for the contract. Some of the contracts require different bait than worms, so it will automatically will select the correct bait for you.
show in other words if we want to use the contracts we can't do auto fishing and then of course we got worms or moths we just have to use a normal fishing without selecting the contracts

I'm not really sure what you mean. You can do contracts, it will just use the most common bait that can complete the contract. If you were able to select a bait for contracts, you would get stuck and not be able to complete some contracts. For example, if you selected moth as the bait for contracts, you would never finish the sardine or anchovy contract.
