Orb of Awakening chance to Awaken?

The chance to awaken a pet for cracked and chipped orbs of awakening are 10% and 25% respectively.
The description for orb of awakening is mysteriously just:
"An orb that has a chance to awaken a pet when used."
Does anyone know what chance the orb of awakening has to awaken a pet?

5 levels, the same as incubating a pet you already have.
