Grants the Handicapable status to equipped pet when the battle starts. 25% + 1% per refine level chance to use skill in slot 3 when equipped pet lands a critical strike, maximum 75%. Can only be triggered 1 time + 1 time per 50 refinement levels each turn. Each additional trigger and skills with a cooldown have a reduced chance.
