Grants the Depress skill to the pet.

Grants Skill: Depress

Deals {multi:,}% shadow damage based on character's intelligence to target and applies the Depressed status effect. If the target is already Depressed, skill damage multiplier is increased by 25%. If the pet is Buoyant, skill damage multiplier is increased by 25%.
