Watch It All Burn
Triggered/Cannot be used - When Burning does damage to any target, heal for 15% + 2% per mastery level of max health. This can trigger up to 3 times per turn. After that, each additional activation has a 25% reduced chance to occur, minimum 5%. Has 50% reduced chance to trigger with summoned characters.
