This can trigger up to 3 times per turn. After that, each additional activation has a 25% reduced chance to occur, minimum 5%. Has 50% reduced chance to trigger with summoned characters.

On Battle Start - When the battle starts, grant a shield based on this character's intelligence to all alies and apply the Cloud Veil status effect.
