Deals lightning damage to all enemies with multiple hits based on character's speed to target. Both hits and damage are based on the character's speed. Applies the Shocked status effect with a stack for each hit. Damage is divided evenly amongst all enemies.

Deals heavy lightning damage based on character's speed to target and applies Shocked and Burning.

When an enemy character is Shocked, apply burning to the character with stacks equal to the total stacks of Shocked multiplied by 100. When this character hits an enemy 10 times or more, apply the Shocked status effect based on the number of hits. This can trigger up to 3 times per turn with a 100% chance. After that, each additional activation has a 33% reduced chance to occur, minimum 33%. Has 50% reduced chance to trigger with summoned characters.
