Whenever an ally applies Chilled to an enemy, 25% + 1% per refine level chance to activate the skill in slot 3, maximum 75%. Can only be triggered 1 time + 1 time per 50 refinement levels each turn. Each additional trigger and skills with a cooldown have a reduced chance.

Refine Attributes

Each refine grants 2% increased strength, intelligence, speed and vitality from forges as well as the following attributes:
