Summons a Hoot and makes it swoop. +5 mastery level: Summons 2 Hoots. +10 mastery level: Summons 3 Hoots. Cannot summon more Hoots than the number of Hoots summoned based on mastery level.

On Summon - Triggered/Cannot be used - After a friendly character is summoned, apply that character with the Boomkins Gift status effect with 1 + master level stacks. Heals the owner of this skill for 5% + 2% per mastery level of the summoned pet's max health. This can trigger up to 3 times per turn. After that, each additional activation has a 25% reduced chance to occur, minimum 5%. Has 50% reduced chance to trigger with summoned characters.
