Damage is divided evenly amongst all enemies. This can trigger up to 1 time per turn. After that, each additional activation has a 25% reduced chance to occur, minimum 5%. Has 50% reduced chance to trigger with summoned characters.

When an ally breaks Frozen on an enemy, deal ice damage to all other enemies based on this character's intelligence. Gain Frost Ward. 50% Increased Shatter Damage.
